Taplejung, Dec 5: Three houses have been gutted to cinder in Triveni Rural Municipality, Athrai of Taplejung district on Tuesday.

District Police Office, Taplejung said that houses of Deubam Yakso, Bikalpa Yakso and Chhata Bahadur Yakso were completely gutted in the fire that broke out due to short circuit.
DSP Gyanendra Bahadur Basnet said that the fire started from the house of Deuman at around 3:30 pm. Police estimated that the total loss in the fire is around Rs 3.5 million. RSS
