BIRGUNJ, July 1: Police have arrested three persons with the dead body of an adolescent girl in Parsa. A squad of police personnel caught the three while cremating the adolescent on the Dhongi rivulet bank at Bahudarmai Municipality-7.
The arrested include an 18-year-old adolescent girl, Asha Devi, 40, and Urmila Devi, 50. All of them are the local residents of the municipality.
It may be noted that a 14-year-old adolescent girl of Bahudarmai-7 died after consuming poison on Wednesday.

Acting on a tip-off about secret handling of cremation without informing the police administration, the police took them under control with the dead body.
Police said investigation into the incident is going on under a murder case. The Parsa District Court had allowed prosecutors to put them in jail for five days to enable investigation.
They had taken the dead body to the rivulet bank on motorbike for cremation.
All three had run away leaving the dead body when the police team from Area Police Office Pokhariya reached the site. Police recovered the dead body which was put on flame, the District Police Office said.
