KATHMANDU, Sept 21: Police have arrested three people on charges of gang-raping a young woman.

The arrested suspects, aged between 22 and 28, hail from Bhageshwar Rural Municipality-3 in Dadeldhura. An additional 18-year-old youth, believed to be an accomplice in the gang rape, remains at large, and police are actively pursuing him.
Authorities have reported that the arrests were made in connection with the sexual assault of a 20-year-old woman at different times and locations. According to the Dadeldhura police, the complaint filed alleges that the incidents occurred on April 18 and April 25.
