KATHMANDU, Dec 12: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat has claimed to make the party strong and progressive.
Speaking at the 14th General Convention of the NC in Kathmandu on Sunday, leader Mahat said that he will make the party strong and progressive. He expressed his commitment to make the NC a unique party after its General Convention.

Stating that it is his responsibility to unify the party and win all three-level elections, Dr Mahat said that there is no other alternative but to choose PM Deuba as the party’s leader.
“NC is a strong, progressive party, one that is favored by everyone for all kinds of backgrounds. It is our responsibility to resolve the problems of the people. We want to do that under the leadership of PM Deuba. He has kept the party united. There is also a need to get united and win all three-level elections in the upcoming days,” Mahat said.
