One day, I was coming back home with my friends after having a good time playing in play station. We were three friends coming back and then we saw something which I didn’t effect anyone but I was stunned.

The event; an old lady was in a hurry and was walking steadily. Unfortunately, she banged with parked motorcycle and fell down. Everyone near her saw her for a moment, some laughed some smiled but then everyone got back to their work and got busy in their own world. My other two friends were also laughing as we were also observing this event. Even I couldn’t find myself going and helping her out. This incident is real and it took place near chundevi mandir, Kathmandu.

Later when I got back home, I found that this incident had great had great impact on me and I had been thinking about this for quite a time. I summed up my thoughts saying that this materialistic world no more values humanity or feelings.

Once a Dalai Lama said, “Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.”

“It is the humanity in us that makes us spiritual and our spirits which makes us human”.

If we study this saying deeply, we can extract that if there is humanity, there is the existence of human, if there is no humanity, human cannot exist.

Now some of you may argue with me saying that there is indeed no humanity but you can still see humans everywhere. But your eyes are deceiving you, if you open your eyes truly you will know that what you see are not humans but robots. Yes, you read it correct, robots. Do you know what is robot? It is a machine designed to do and perform works and which do not have any feelings, emotions, kindness or anything that is related with humanity and I don’t either see humans which have feelings, emotions, kindness or something that is related with human. Now, how can you say that there is a difference between humans and robots? Is it acceptable to differentiate robots and humans based on their physique? Of course the answers comes NO.
