KATHMANDU, Feb 4: Nepal Telecom, a telecommunication service provider in Nepal, has extended 4G serve for prepaid mobile users in Pokhara and Kathmandu from Saturday.
The company will provide 400 mobile data free of cost for four days with 100 data per day to those customers who apply for 4G service until February 18, Managing Director Kamini Rajbhandari told Republica.
The Telecom has extended the 4G service on the occasion of its anniversary. The state-owned Nepal Telecom had been stablished on February 5, 2004.
The company had extended 4G service for postpaid since January 1 in Pokhara and Kathmandu.
According to MD Rajbhandari, Caller Ring Back Tone (CRBT) service has also been resumed on the occasion of the company's anniversary.
A customer can enjoy CRBT service free of cost for the first 15 days during which one song will be free a day.
