KATHMANDU, Feb 21: Chitra Bahadur KC, a technical staff affiliated to Bheriganga municipality in Surkhet, has been arrested while taking a bribe of Rs 200,000 from the service seeker.
A team of officials from the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Surkhet office caught technician KC red-handed from Bheri municipality-10 while he was found receiving the bribe money from the service seeker.

According to a press release issued by the anti-graft body on Friday, KC received the bribe money assuring the service seeker of facilitating the cash payment after the construction of a local bridge. The CIAA said that the investigation against KC has begun.
