KATHMANDU, Nov 30: The 3rd Global Service Camp of Tata Motors organized by Sipradi Trading is concluding on Friday.
The three-day service camp was inaugurated on Wednesday by Rudhrarup Maitra, international business head at Tata Motors Commercial along with Siddhartha SJB Rana, chairman of Sipradi Trading.
Speaking at the program, Maitra congratulated Sipradi Trading for showcasing the best camp among 46 nations.
Also speaking at the ceremony, Rana reflected on 37-year association of Sipradi Trading with Tata Motors. He said that he would like to give credit for the cordial relationship to the customers, hard work of employees as well as support of the media houses. He also said that such service camps would even strengthen the relationship of Tata Motors and Sipradi Trading with their customers.
Issuing a statement, Sipradi Trading said that this 'unique customer outreach program would cover 38 touch points in the authorized and certified service centers of Sipradi in Nepal as well as around 46 nations.
“Through Global Service Camp, customers of TATA Motors can avail free comprehensive vehicle health check-ups, special schemes along with other value added services,” read the statement. “During this three-day service camp, we are also offering attractive discounts on Tata Genuine Spares and entertain the customers with additional recreational programs,” it added.
According to the statement, Sipradi Trading has launched a new variant of TATA Winger Minibus which is known for its smart design with comfortable high back reclining seats and boasts ample luggage space. Other brands like Exide Battery, Michelin, Sipradi Auto parts, Mak Lubricants, Shikhar Insurance and Apollo Tyre are also participating in the service camp.
At the program, Sipradi Trading also announced the sale of more than 1,000 Tata Yoddha within a year, according to the statement.
