KATHMANDU, June 28: Top leaders of major political parties are holding discussions after Nepali Congress (NC) continued to obstruct the Legislature-Parliament demanding to dole out Rs 200,000 in a lump sum to earthquake victims.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba and CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and task force members are present at the meeting underway at the parliament building on Tuesday evening.

Major parties yesterday had formed a seven-member task force to resolve the issue after NC remained adamant on obstructing the House.
