KATHMANDU, Feb 21: The Swiss embassy in Kathmandu issued a statement saying no local agent was in touch with the embassy over the security printing press issue. The statement came in response to a report on Republica’s website about the audiotape leak.
“The Embassy of Switzerland in Nepal wishes to make clear that no meeting has been requested by the Embassy, nor in any meeting foreseen with the Minister for Information and Communication in the near future on the topic mentioned in the article,” it said in response to a query of Republica.
