KATHMANDU, Aug 28: Suzuki has brought a number of schemes and offers to its customers at the NADA Auto Show that started Tuesday.

"Suzuki has always stunned the attendees of NADA with its great schemes and irresistible offers. This year being no different, Suzuki is adding to the mood of the automobile buyers by topping it up with its much loved and awaited scheme: Suzuki Parwotsav," the company said in a press statement issued Tuesday.

"Every year, we offer Suzuki Parwotsav loaded with massive discounts and unbelievable offers. This scheme is said to be the best scheme in the Nepali automobile industry that starts with the onset of NADA and extends till Dashain and Tihar festivals," the company said.

This year, Suzuki Parwotsav scheme includes up to Rs 200,000 in cash discount, up to Rs 100,000 in exchange bonus, up to Rs 100,000 in additional discount through E-Scratch system, and free taxes for one fiscal year.

This year, Suzuki also introduced its latest smart hybrid cars Ertiga, Ciaz and S Cross, starting at Rs 3,899,000, Rs 3,829,000 and Rs 4,299,000 respectively.

According to the press statement, the smart hybrid system employs a large battery pack which stores the energy produced through a brake energy regeneration system. The expended energy is then routed to the battery pack and stored for later use.
