INARUWA (SUNSARI), April 28: Authorities have intensified surveillance along the Nepal-India border following the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
Chief District Officer Dharmendra Kumar Mishra said security agencies have increased vigilance to prevent any unwanted activities along the open border. Teams have inspected the border areas falling under Barju, Harinagar, and Koshi Rural Municipalities and have heightened security measures.

Superintendent of the Armed Police Force (APF), Nirmal Kumar Thapa, said joint teams from the APF, Nepal Police, and India's Border Security Force (SSB) are patrolling the area. They are allowing people to cross the border only after thorough security checks.
