Sunil and Nisha celebrating their 28 years of togetherness

Nepali actor and theater director Sunil Pokharel and his wife Nisha Sharma who is also an actor, are on their 28 years of their marriage.
Sharma wrote on her Facebook by posting some of their pictures, “1991- 2019. You and me from 28 years. Happy Anniversary, Dear husband.”
Pokharel has directed more than four dozens of plays in both Nepali and foreign languages. Some of his plays include ‘Agniko Katha’, ‘Putaliko Ghar’, ‘Hariyo Dhunga’, ‘Jayamaya Aaphu Matra Lekhapani Aaipugi’, ‘Jaat Sodhnu Jogiko’ and so on.
Being the pioneer figure in the history of Nepali theatre, Sunil founded ‘Aarohan Gurukul’. ‘Aarohan Gurukul’ is the first drama school in Nepal.
