Shah is holding discussions with the ruling coalition partner CPN-UML, while the Nepali Congress (NC) is also holding internal discussions to finalize the names of the ministers from the party.
Despite the agreement between the NC and the CPN-UML to take three ministries each, they are yet to agree upon which party will take which ministries.
Meanwhile, Shah has decided to expand his Cabinet by allocating a ministry to the Nagarik Unmukti Party.
Following the formation of an alliance between the NC and the UML on July 1, the provincial government led by Dirgha Bahadur Sodari of the CPN (Unified Socialist) fell into a minority and he resigned from the post of chief minister last Friday.
