CHITWAN, June 17: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the Nepal-United State’s State Partnership Program (SPP) will be scrapped.



Speaking to media persons at the Bharatpur Airport on Friday, Dahal said there was no alternative to dismissing issues like SPP.

"The SPP and MCC are KP Oli's doing," he said. “The MCC was passed with a 12-point interpretative declaration. But, that is not going to happen in the case of SPP. It will be scrapped, it must be.”


In response to a media query about the Leftist Alliance, President Dahal said that the current alliance would continue till the federal elections.
