KATHMANDU, June 13: Youth and Sports Minister Maheshwar Jung Gahatraj has left for Russia.
Minister Gahatraj left for Russia on Monday morning along with Secretary Damodar Regmi, for a five-day visit, at the invitation of Russia’s Sports Minister Oleg Matytsin.
"A delegation led by me has left for Russia for a five-day official visit at the friendly invitation of Sports Minister of the Russian Federation (Russia) Oleg V. Matytsin," he wrote on his social media. “I am confident that this visit will further strengthen and enhance the diplomatic relations between Nepal and Russia through sports diplomacy.”
