Special Program on ‘World Cup Football in Russia 2018’

KATHMANDU, Feb 22: Russian Centre of Science and Culture (RCSC) and Gandaki International Travels Pvt Ltd (GSA of Aeroflot Russian Airlines) jointly organized a special  program on World Cup Football in Russia 2018 at the premises of Russian Center of Science and Culture, Kamal Pokhari on Tuesday. 

Chief Guest Birat Jung Shahi, Treasurer of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) and also Team Manager of Nepal National Football team inaugurated the special program. The program took off with a greeting speech by Director of RCSC, Stanislav Simakov. He spoke about football’s popularity in Russia and said that Russian people were excited to host the FIFA this upcoming 

summer.  Likewise, Shahi applauded  Russia for being the host of FIFA World Cup in 2018, and gave his best wishes to qualify for the tournament. 

Meanwhile, the program also comprised photo exhibition, video demonstration about FIFA World Cup 2018, information about football fan clubs and visas to Russia for Football Championship and a presentation about Aeroflot Russian Airlines.
