KATHMANDU, Dec 30: Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara has extended best wishes to all the Tamu (Gurung) community members on the occasion of the festival of Tamu Lhosar 2075. 

In a message of best wishes today, Speaker Mahara has expressed the confidence that this festival observed as the beginning of a new year in the Gurung community promotes mutual tolerance and fraternity while inspiring all to develop socio-cultural solidarity, goodwill, and harmony. 

Stating that such festivals and culture play an important role in further consolidating Nepal’s national unity, the Speaker has wished that Tamu Lhosar motivates us all to work towards consolidating socio-cultural harmony, mutual cooperation, and national unity.
