KATHMANDU, April 24: Rastriya Prajatantra Party chairman Kamal Thapa has said that contribution to nation building could be made through social works.
Speaking in the sixth memorial day of late Shashikala Rajbhandari here in the capital today, chairman Thapa, who is also the deputy prime minister, said that Rajbhandari had contributed a lot for the development of health and education sectors in the country.
Similarly, party vice-chair Tanka Dhakal and general secretary Sunil Thapa, leader Raja Ram Shrestha and Dil Bikas Rajbhandari had also shed light on the contribution of late Rajbhandari.
Late Rajbhandari had begun her career from nursing in the Nepalese Army and had retired from Major. After retirement, she had joined RPP involving in different social services sectors. RSS
