KATHMANDU, Feb 29: Soaltee Hotel Limited has reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing healthcare initiatives in the country through a substantial contribution to the Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KIOCH).
According to the hotel, a donation of Rs 7.5 million aims to facilitate the establishment of a children's hospital each in Kathmandu and Damak, Jhapa.
Prof Dr Bhagwan Koirala, the founding chairman of KIOCH, accepted a cheque of Rs 2.5 million from Dinesh Bahadur Bista, the Executive Chairman of Soaltee Hotel Limited.
According to the hotel, this gesture is to showcase the hotel's dedication to advancing child healthcare services and to highlight the significant role of corporate social responsibility in driving tangible progress in the healthcare sector.
The collaboration between Soaltee Hotel Limited and KIOCH exemplifies the power of partnership in addressing critical healthcare challenges and fostering positive change in communities.
