Issuing a statement, the hotel said that the festival -- being held from January 26 to February 4 -- would feature Master Chef Meraj Ahamd from Abdi Dastarkhwan, Lucknow and Chef Ahrar Ahmad from Tunday, Kabab.
As per the statement, the festival will have meals for both vegetarians and non- vegetarians. “We wanted to present Lucknow food festival to let people know about its rich tastes and cuisine,” Yubaraj Pokhrel, executive chef of the hotel, said in the statement.
