Slow counting delays in vote outcome in KMC

KATHMANDU, May 15: Vote counting is underway of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC). However, the counting is underway in slow pace that could delay in the final outcome of the KMC.

According to the latest updates, only 70 votes have been counted in one and half hour. Earlier the vote counting started at 11 on Monday morning. But after the dispute, the counting was halted till 2 in the afternoon.

The impatient cadres of various parties and the public are waiting desperately for the results outside the City Hall.

The result of only one ward could be expected by Monday late evening.
