Six doctors appointed as members in Nepal Medical Council

KATHMANDU, June 8: The government has appointed six medical doctors to fill the vacant member positions in the Nepal Medical Council. A cabinet meeting held on Thursday decided to appoint them to the post.

KATHMANDU, June 8: The government has appointed six medical doctors to fill the vacant member positions in the Nepal Medical Council. A cabinet meeting held on Thursday decided to appoint them to the post.


The decision was made by the Cabinet to appoint Prof Dr Divya Singh Shah, Dr Suman Nepal, Dr Madhu Neupane, Prof Dr Rabindra Man Shrestha, Dr Birendra Bahadur Pradhan and Dr Kumbha Raj Joshi.

Among the appointed members, Dr Divya Singh Shrestha is required to be one who has served as a dean or registrar in the past. Previously, Dr Divya Singh Shrestha served as the dean at Kathmandu University before completing her term, and Dr Divya Singh Shrestha has now been appointed under Tribhuvan University.
