ARGHAKHANCHI, Dec 4: Arghakhanchi district that remained shut for the past five days to protest the proposal to take some hilly districts off the Province-5 will remain open from 3:00 pm today to 11:00 am on Monday. 

They decided to lift the protest temporarily taking into account the effects of the stir on normal life in the district, said the struggle committee coordinator Bishnu Muskan. 

As a result of the protest, vehicles on long and short routes halted while educational institutions, industries and the market remained closed. RSS
