KATHMANDU, June 6: Shree Airlines flight from Kathmandu to Dhangadhi was aborted on Tuesday after the aircraft experienced technical snag.
The plane carrying 72 passengers was flown back and safely landed at TIA after it flew some 50 miles from the airport.According to TIA Spokesperson Teknath Sitaula, the flight that took off in the morning returned to Kathmandu.
He said that the plane had to land due to a "pressurization failure". Pressurization failure occurs when the environment inside the aircraft does not match with the environment outside the aircraft. "The plane landed safely," Sitaula said.
