KATHMANDU, June 25: Shree Airlines has started scheduled flight to Rajbiraj from Kathmandu from Sunday. The airline used its CRJ 200 series aircraft having 9N AMA call sign for the flight, according to a statement issued by the airline on Sunday. The flight left for Rajbiraj carrying 46 passengers, while the return flight had 20 passengers. "The Kathmandu-Rajbiraj flights will be operated five days a week -- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday," the airline said in the statement, adding that flight will leave Kathmandu at 1:15 pm, while it will depart from Rajbiraj at 2:10 pm. Earlier, the airline conduct test flight to the airport on May 22 and inaugural flight two days later.
