KATHMANDU, Jan 10: Adverse weather conditions have affected the air service at the Dhangadhi Airport.

Both airplanes landed at the Surkhet airport. Gajendra Bahadur Shahi, the Dhangadhi head of Shree Airlines, said that the plane that took off at 9:39 AM flew in the sky of Dhangadhi for 45 minutes and landed at Surkhet Airport as the sky wasn’t clear. He said that it would fly only after the weather clears.
Buddha Air Dhangadhi chief Buddha Ram Majhi also said that the plane was unable to land due to adverse weather conditions and returned. According to him, the plane that took off from Kathmandu at 9:40 AM returned from the skies of Karnali and landed at the Surkhet Airport. Buddha Air said that the aircraft that landed at Surkhet Airport will fly to Dhangadhi only after the weather clears.
