Share market continues to plummet

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: Share market transaction, as well as NEPSE index both, suffered a decline this week, with the total transaction failing to each even one billion rupees. 

During the week, shares of 181 companies were traded with the transaction of Rs. 918.7 million rupees. A total of 3.64 million shares were traded and the total transaction amount is less by 14.68 percent compared to the previous week. 

Nepal Stock Exchange or NEPSE index also experienced a decline by 9.25 points in compared to the first day, to end at 1180.63 points. RSS
