KATHMANDU, Dec 27: Sharda Group, the parent company of SPG Automobiles Pvt Ltd and official distributor of Omoda & Jaecoo in Nepal, presented the all-electric Omoda E5 SUV to Dipendra Singh Airee, captain of Sudurpaschim Royals, as the Omoda Electrifying Player of the Tournament at the closing ceremony of Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2024.
Airee’s stellar all-round performance earned him the honor. He scored 227 runs, took nine wickets, and had seven run-outs in nine matches, playing a crucial role in his team’s success. His dynamic fielding, which included spectacular catches and run-outs, earned him the title of the top Electrifying Nepalese Player of the tournament.

The Omoda E5 Deluxe, valued at Rs 55.99 lakhs, was presented to Airee in a special ceremony following the league’s conclusion. As part of the award, Sharda Group will also cover the vehicle’s applicable taxes.
The NPL 2024, held at Tribhuvan International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur from November 30 to December 21, saw Omoda & Jaecoo as official co-sponsors. Their partnership helped elevate the league and spotlight emerging Nepali talent like Airee.
