RAJBIRAJ, Mar 27: Shambhunath Municipality in Saptari district has been declared the open defecation free and fully immunized municipality.
At a programme organized at Kathauna of the municipality on Monday, Chief District Officer of Bhagirath Pandey said that regular use of latrine would up the locals' prestige and ensure better health.
Thapathan declared fully immunized and literate VDC
CDO Pandey announced the open defecation free and fully immunized zone by reading aloud a banner and urged the commoners for regular use of the toilet.
On the occasion, Deputy Mayor of the municipality Kabita Sardar, chief administrative officer of the municipality Bishnu Prasad Gurung, Nepali Congress leader Saburlal Sah and others were present at the programme organized to declare open defecation free zone and fully immunized zone. RSS
