Senior leader of NCP's Dahal-Nepal faction Jhala Nath Khanal off to New Delhi

KATHMANDU, Feb 12: Senior leader of the Nepal Communist Party (Dahal-Nepal faction) Jhala Nath Khanal left Kathmandu for New Delhi, on Friday.

KATHMANDU, Feb 12: Senior leader of the Nepal Communist Party (Dahal-Nepal faction) Jhala Nath Khanal left Kathmandu for New Delhi, on Friday.

Bishnu Rijal, a central committee member of the party faction, said that Khanal left for New Delhi at 11:15AM on a Nepal Airlines flight for treatment.  


Khanal, who is also a former prime minister, will undergo treatment for "body shivering disorder" at Apollo Hospitals in the Indian capital. Khanal is accompanied by his spouse Rabi Laxmi Chitrakar.
