KATHMANDU, Feb 9: The National Examinations Board has started making preparations to schedule the dates of the SEE exams. According to Exam Controller Arjun Rayamajhi, the SEE exams schedule will be published by Thursday.
He said that the exams will be scheduled to finish before the upcoming elections as many teachers and officers are also participating in the elections. Rayamajhi said that the exams will be scheduled so as to finish them before May 3.
An estimated 508,000 students are set to appear in the upcoming exams. Similarly, the board is preparing to hold the SEE exams by mid-May and class 12 exams by mid-July.
Meanwhile, schools that have remained closed for physical presence due to the third wave of COVID-19 in the country are also opening from February 13.
