RASUWA, Oct 13: Security arrangement has been tightened along the Nepal-China northern checkpoint in Rasuwagadhi area.
Rasuwa district police chief Sharat Kumar Thapa informed that security has been beefed up with growing business activities in the Rasuwagadhi area – which has been established as a main business checkpoint.
It was shared that the attention has been paid on gradually managing road traffic as the road, where the big containers ply daily, is congested and narrowed.
In addition to Nepal Police, Armed Police Force has also been mobilized for border area security, said Assistant Chief District Officer, Smita Poudel. (RSS)
