After the Supreme Court, Chief Justice Shrestha plans to immediately implement the system in Kathmandu District Court. He said that there is no need to worry about irregularities in the judicial service as they will be investigated by the Judicial Council.

Chief Justice Shrestha mentioned that he has already started the process of appointing justices and also expressed his belief that there will be positive outcomes.

He informed that the process of appointing new justices has already commenced. He highlighted the need for these appointments, as the court currently faces a significant caseload and is struggling due to the absence of sufficient justices in alignment with approved positions.
