KATHMANDU, Sept 22: Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has provided financial assistance of Rs 100,000 to Shree Prabhat Secondary School of Palung Mainadi-3 of Palpa.
Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that the assistance was provided to the school as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.
"The assistance was provided for arranging necessary educational materials for the Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) Course in Agriculture to be offered by the school in the near future," reads the statement.
Sher Bahadur Budhathoki, deputy general manager of the bank, handed over the check to Dul Bahadur Kunwar, Chairman of the advisory committee of the school, the statement added.
