KATHMANDU, Nov 25: Sankhamul Futsal and White Horse Futsal registered wins on Friday in the Red Bull National Futsal League being held in the capital. 

In an entertaining group B match, Sankhamul registered 4-3 win over home team Samakhusi Futsal. Dinesh Rajbanshi netted a brace for Sankhamul while Anish Shrestha and Nirmal Gurung notched one goal each. Likewise, Sujan Maharjan, Shyam Nepali and Devchan Thapa were on targets for Samakhusi Futsal. Sankhamul’s goalkeeper Anish Shrestha was declared the-man-of-the-match. 

With the win, Sankhamul has climbed atop group B standings with 25 points from 10 matches while losing team Samakhusi is in fourth with 16 points.   

Similarly in group A match, home team White Horse registered a thumping 8-3 win over Chaur Recreation Center. Manjil Maharjan completed a hat-trick for White Horse while Manoj Prajapati netted brace. Similarly, Sujit Prajapati, Rabi Silwal and Nitesh Maharjan notched one goal each for winning team. Rochak Gurung scored brace for Chaur while Sujit Gurung added another. 

After the win, White Horse has jumped to the second place with 19 points.
