DHARAN, Sept 30: Sangina Shrestha of Dharan Sub Metropolitan City-11 has been crowned Baraha Jewelry Miss Plus Two.

Shrestha, student of Sion Higher Secondary School, won the title of Baraha Jewelry Miss Plus Two title at the second edition of Barah Jewelry beauty pageant contest held in Sabhagriha in Dharan-8 on Saturday.

With the title, Sangina won a cash prize of Rs 45,000. She also won Miss Personality and Miss Viewer Choice titles, free insurance of Rs 1,500,000 from Jyoti Life Insurance Company along with free Zumba Course at Dharan fitness Club for a year.

Sangina grabbed the miss title by answering the question, “What would be your reaction if you did not win the title?

She said, “Winning the tile is not everything. Learning equally plays a vital role. I took part in the contest and learnt many things useful to life.”

Similarly, Sonu Magar, 12th grader of Aims Academy, won First Runner-up title while Dipika became 2nd second runner-up.

Sonu got Rs 25,000 along with free insurance of Rs 1 million while Dipika received Rs 15,000 and free insurance of Rs 500,000.

Organized by Big Event Nepal P. Ltd, in the competition, Sona Rai won Red Carpet Miss Discipline and Beruja Maden won Sagarmatha Miss Friendship and Setang Organic Miss Best Dress titles.

A total of 23 students from various colleges had taken part in the contest
