KATHMANDU, Aug 12: The 7th Annual General meeting of Nepal-Peru Chamber of Commerce and Industries has elected Sandeep Khetan as the chamber's president. According to a statement issued by the bilateral chamber, Rakesh Kumar Sarawagi is the vice-president, Kumar Khatiwada has been elected secretary while Anil Agarwal is the treasurer.

Similarly, Nirmal Raj Paudel, Lalit Agrawal and Kunja Bihari Moore have been elected as executive members, according to the statement. Sumit Kumar Agarwal, consulate general of Peru in Nepal, was also present the program, the chamber added in the statement. The bilateral chamber was established with an aim to expand trade and business relations between Nepal and Peru in 2012.
