KATHMANDU, Aug 9: Sagarmatha Insurance Company Ltd has launched a new insurance product named ' Sagarmatha VIP on the Spot'.
Issuing a statement, the insurance company said the new product that simplifies the claim settlement procedure for its customers was introduced for the first time in Nepal to cash in on the fast growing insurance industry.
Beema Samiti Chairman Fatta Bahadur KC launched the new product. "As the name suggests, the new insurance product facilitates on the spot claim settlement.
Customers will benefit from hassle-free claim processing with less paperwork and immediate relief from financial burden," reads the statement.
"In order to provide fast and reliable services, Sagarmatha Insurance pledges dedicated customer service around the clock seven days a week through a separate department devoted to Sagarmatha VIP on the Spot customers," it added.
