KATHMANDU, Nov 1: Bangladesh and Pakistan have entered the final of the SAFF U-15 football championship.
In the first semi-final held at ANFA Complex Satdobato in Lalitpur today, Bangladesh reached the final by defeating India with 4-2 goals in a penalty shootout.
Meanwhile, in the second semi-final match today, Pakistan outshined Nepal 4-0 and reached the final. Pakistan netted all four goals in the second half. Nepal was confined to 10 players in the second half when Jan Limbu was issued a red card.
Nepal will take on India on coming Saturday for the third position. Finalists Pakistan and Bangladesh are also competing for the title the same day.
Nepal has not so far won the tournament title since the tournament began from 2015.
