KATHMANDU, Sept 25: National Biotech Pvt Ltd has introduced Nepal's first locally manufactured organic fertilizer, 'Saathi', in the Nepali market.
Issuing a statement, the company based in Bajrabarahi Municipality of Lalitpur claimed that it was employing the latest technological innovation and discoveries in the field of agricultural science to produce fertilizers.
The company has added a component named Ketonine in Saathi which is not found in other organic fertilizers produced in the country.
"Ketonine helps to increase fertility and reduces acidity in soil. The odourless fertilizer has fully healthy bacteria which helps to maintain the good quality of soil," the statement added.
