KATHMANDU, Feb 19: Chairman of the CPN (Unified Socialist) and former prime minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has claimed that the current ruling coalition has reached a state where it could break down any time.

Chairman Nepal mentioned that due to the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), the ruling coalition has reached a situation where it can break down any time. He also said that only after the presidential election, the course of the country's politics will be decided.

Inaugurating the Standing Committee meeting of ANNFSU held in Kirtipur, Kathmandu on Sunday, he said that whether the UML, which is trying to maintain political monopoly in the country by taking all the positions itself, will dominate or not, can only be said after the presidential election. He said that he would have to wait only one week for that.

Chairman Nepal also said that KP Oli is greatly worried thinking that the current ruling alliance could be broken with the help of the Nepali Congress and the Unified Socialist.

Chairman Nepal commented that the RSP is an unnecessary burden for the country. Referring to the RSP, he said that even in the party that emerged with the promises of change and doing wonders in the country, nothing else was seen except the desire for political position.
