Lamichhane has urged people to ring bells 77 times at 7 PM on June 22 in all 7 provinces and 77 districts on Thursday.

KATHMANDU, June 17: Rabi Lamichhane, the Chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has called on everyone to participate in a unique celebration on the occasion of the party's one-year anniversary. Lamichhane has urged people to ring bells 77 times at 7 PM on June 22 in all 7 provinces and 77 districts on Thursday.


Chairman Lamichhane has shared this information, inviting individuals to collectively ring bells 77 times at 7 PM on the designated day. This can be done at homes, temples, or workplaces.

President Lamichhane has also encouraged people to share videos of themselves ringing the bells on social media platforms, using the hashtag #bajyoghanti. He requested everyone to post their videos twice, capturing the essence of the celebratory moment.


RSP was established on June 22, 2022. In its first year, the party achieved success by securing 21 seats in the House of Representatives (HoR) through the First Past the Post (FPTP) and Proportional Representation (PR) electoral systems. RSP has set its sights on attaining a two-thirds majority in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
