KATHMANDU, July 14: Dr Mukul Dhakal, the former General Secretary of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has alleged that the vice-chairman of RSP, Dr Swarnim Wagle, threatened to beat him.

Taking to social media, Dhakal said that he has sought police help after multiple phone calls from Wagle who threatened to beat him.

Dhakal wrote, “I received several calls from Swarnim Wagle. I did not take the calls. He also called my brother, who was with me at that time, and threatened to cause harm to me. Wagle said that he would not spare me. So, I reported the incident to the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) last night and requested for security.”
