RSP Spokesperson Manish Jha said that after Lamichhane showed signs of health problems, medical staff from the Trauma Center were called to the prison to conduct tests. “He has developed a skin problem. While in Bhairahawa prison, he was not allowed to go outside. This may have caused a vitamin deficiency. Trauma Center medical staff have taken his blood for testing, and the results are expected soon,” he said.
