RPP's national convention to be held at Bhrikutimandap

KATHMANDU Jan 23: The national convention of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party is taking place at Bhrikutimandap in the Capital. 

According to the party’s Spokesperson Rajaram Shrestha, the inaugural session of the convention will take place at Exhibition Road and closed session in Exhibition Hall. 

The party is selecting delegates by forging consensus aimed at electing the leadership unanimously from the across the country. The party is organizing convention in local ward, village and town committee to select the delegates from January 20 to January 28. 

Party has formed 501-member main organizing committee for the national convention under the convenorship of party chair Kamal Thapa. 

Similarly, different 13 supporting committees were formed for different preparations. 

Spokesperson Shrestha added that convention delegates should have sent until February 13 to the central election committee. 

The national convention of the party will take place from February 17 to 20. RSS
