RPP-N, RPP unite formally

KATHMANDU, Nov 21: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal (RPP-N) and Rastriya Prajatantra Party have formally announced unification amidst a program at the Nepal Academy Hall on Monday.

As per the earlier agreement reached between the two parties, Kamal Thapa will be the Chairman and Parliamentary Party leader of the unified party, while Pashupati Shumsher Rana will be the National Chairman.

Both the parties have reached an agreement to hold unity convention by mid-February.
