RPP leader Mishra's, medical practitioner Prasai's custody extended for seven more days

The Kathmandu District Court permitted the police to continue custody of 24 persons, including RPP leader Rabindra Mishra and medical practitioner Durga Prasai, for seven more days. They were arrested in connection with the violent incidents orchestrated at Tinkune, Kathmandu, on March 28.

KATHMANDU, April 28: The Kathmandu District Court permitted the police to continue custody of 24 persons, including RPP leader Rabindra Mishra and medical practitioner Durga Prasai, for seven more days. They were arrested in connection with the violent incidents orchestrated at Tinkune, Kathmandu, on March 28.


Spokesperson of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, Superintendent Apil Raj Bohara, said that 24 persons' custody was extended for seven more days to continue investigation after they were produced before the Kathmandu District Court on Sunday.
