KATHMANDU, Jan 1: Minister for Home Affairs, Ram Bahadur Thapa has said that regressive forces caused a division in the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP).
Addressing a cadres' meet of the NCP in Lalitpur on Friday, he argued that the regressive forces were making a strategy to invite instability in the country.
