Office of Prime Minister and Council of Minister:: 11.88% 156 billion
Education, Science and Technology: 10.22% 134 billion
Physical Infrastructure and Transportation: 8.31% 109 billion
Ministry of Finance (Financial management): 7.25% 95 billion
Local level (Financial Uniformity Grant): 6.47% 85 billion
Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Administration: 5.65% 74 billion
Ministry of Finance (Miscellaneous): 5.32% 70 billion
Ministry of Finance (Civil Servants and Pension): 4.63% 61 billion
Health: 4.29% 56 billion
Energy water resource and irrigation: 4.27 56 billion
Home Ministry: 4.13% 54 billion
Ministry of Defense: 3.43% 45 billion
